October is ADHD Awareness Month – an international movement to educate the public and create greater awareness of and understanding about attention deficit disorder.
I am determined to help spread the word – and I invite you to spread the word with me!
Here’s a special activity to acknowledged those who helped you learn about or manage ADHD:
DAY 11 of ADHD AWARENESS MONTH
Take a moment for gratitude!
Who diagnosed ADHD for you or your family member? Who helped you learn about it? Who has provided support along the way?
Send a note of thanks to someone who has made a difference in your journey with ADHD.
This activity is just one of the great suggestions from the ADHD Awareness Month Coalition’s Calendar of 31 actions for 31 days of ADHD Awareness Month. I’ll be posting them daily to help spread the word.
Thanks for participating in ADHD Awareness Month activities – together we can spread the word!
